Hi, I’m Aleesha
Founder of Bondi Mums
A coach, a mum of twins, and a passionate advocate for helping mothers feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of motherhood. With 12 years of experience in fitness, and 6 years specialising in postnatal care, I’ve learned that motherhood reshapes everything, including how we approach fitness.
Becoming a mum myself opened my eyes to the unique challenges of postpartum fitness. I’ve seen how important it is for mums to have a safe, empowering routine that nurtures both the body and mind. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing fitness programs that focus on healing, strength, and community—where mums can connect, share, and grow together.
Before coaching, I grew up playing team sports and competing in equestrian events, where I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and pushing through limits. These lessons still guide my approach to fitness today, helping me support others in a way that’s both effective and compassionate.
I know how hard it can be to prioritise your own health while caring for others, but I truly believe that every mum deserves to feel her best—inside and out. Let’s work together to make that happen, with a fitness plan that fits your life and supports your journey.
Hi, I’m Emily
Studio manager
Eight years ago, I made the decision to leave my career in accounting behind and step into what I was truly passionate about — coaching and helping people become the best versions of themselves. It was a big change, but one I’ve never looked back on.
As my journey as a coach has evolved, so has my focus. I began as a strength and conditioning coach, and over time I’ve specialised in women’s health, supporting women from pregnancy, through postpartum, and all the way to menopause. Working with women during these stages of life has shown me just how important it is to understand the body — not just train it.
I strongly believe that women need to know more about their health and how to train in a way that actually supports their bodies. Too often, women are taught to push through or ignore the signals their bodies are giving them. Being at the forefront of educating women on how their bodies work — and how to train efficiently and safely — is incredibly important to me. My goal is to give women the knowledge and confidence to work with their bodies, rather than against them.
At the heart of my coaching is creating a safe, supportive space for women to train. For mums especially, this matters. Life is busy, energy is limited, and time for yourself can feel almost impossible to find. I want training to be a space where you can breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself — even if it’s the only hour in the day that’s just for you.
Freshie Mums is about more than exercise. It’s about bringing together a community of mums who can connect, learn, and grow together — supporting each other through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, while building strength and confidence along the way.
